Assistant Superintendent
The Assistant Superintendent's primary responsibility is to manage, in collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager, the successful completion of assigned projects. The Assistant Superintendent works interdependently with the Superintendent and is the lead for job site safety, quality control, and project schedules.

Accounting
The AP Staff Accounting position requires meticulous construction accounting expertise. Specializing in reviewing, Tracking and general ledger posting of construction draws for multiple projects. Results oriented and strategic leader with highly adept capability to lead construction project accounting.

Controller
The Controller position requires a high - level financial understanding of the real estate and construction industry with a minimum of 5 years of experience. We are seeking a controller who is comfortable in a leadership role and can drive the accounting function of our company.

Carpenters
The Construction Carpenter position builds, designs, and installs structures and fixtures from various materials. They are responsible for following blueprints and plans to ensure requirements and specifications are met. The position requires that all worksite safety, procedures, and guidelines are followed. The Carpenter works under the supervision of the project manager and at times the assistant superintendent.
