Sports Housing

The Fountains
The world class Kansas City Royals Residence, called The Fountains, opened in 2021 by the master developer Boyd Development Company in partnership with the Kansas City Royals organization. Named the Fountains after the 200 public fountains in operation throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. This symbolism is also displayed throughout Kaufman Stadium, primarily seen beyond the outfield fence.
The Clubhouse
The first ever privately developed MLB (Major League Baseball) baseball housing facility, called The Clubhouse, opened in 2019 by the master developer Pro Housing and Boyd Communities in partnership with the Cleveland Guardians organization. Named the Clubhouse to symbolize a baseball team’s primary space to prepare for the game ahead. The housing facility is used in the same capacity to recharge and relax for the next day of competition.
Ciudad Reina
The first housing community located directly adjacent to a team’s spring training ballfields, Ciudad Reina is integrated into the Cincinnati Reds facility, offering convenient access for players and staff. The custom, mid-rise facility was built from the ground up to accommodate 42 housing units that the team is able to use in every season for any reason, from spring to instructional to rehab to offseason to developmental programs.

Rio Salado Place Apartments
Situated in Mesa’s Riverview district, Rio Salado Place is relaxing living with all of the amenities for a great stay. Our one and two bedroom residences create modern convenience with beautiful finishes to create fresh, inviting and sustainable living spaces. Diverse experiences are just outside the door, from biking and running along the canal to shopping, dining, arts and entertainment at the Riverview Shopping Center and Downtown Tempe.
Roosevelt Park Apartments
Perfectly placed in Tempe’s Riverside district, Roosevelt Park is relaxing living with all of the amenities for a great stay. Our one and two bedroom residences create a modern convenience with beautiful finishes to create fresh, inviting and sustainable living spaces. Diverse experiences are just outside the door, from biking and running along Tempe Town Lake, dining, arts and entertainment in Downtown Tempe.

Surprise Self Storage
A 678-unit self-storage facility developed in the heart of Surprise on 2.5 acres of land. The climate-controlled facility delivers two levels of storage with elevator access. From 5′ x 5′ units up to 10′ x 30′ units, the Surprise self-storage can service a wide variety of storage needs.
Goodyear Ballpark Self Storage
The Goodyear Ballpark Self Storage is a public rental 564-unit self-storage facility developed in the community of Goodyear on 3.11 acres of land. The climate-controlled facility delivers two levels of storage with elevator access. The unit mix will range from 5′ x 5′ units up to 10′ x 30′ units, the Goodyear Ballpark Self Storage can service a wide variety of storage needs. The facility has a practical contemporary design to perfectly fit inside the Goodyear Ballpark Village PAD.
