The Fountains
The world class Kansas City Royals Residence, called The Fountains, opened in 2021 by the master developer Boyd Development Company in partnership with the Kansas City Royals organization. Named the Fountains after the 200 public fountains in operation throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. This symbolism is also displayed throughout Kaufman Stadium, primarily seen beyond the outfield fence.
2.52-acre site that includes a total of 47 units. 5 of the 47 units are reserved for staff with the remaining 42 units reserved for Players. At full capacity, the facility can sleep up to 176 people. The common area amenities are a highlight at the Fountains providing a Players’ Lounge, Staff Lounge, Nutrition Station, Conference space, Classroom, Barbershop, Pool and Grill area along with extensive Outdoor Patio space.
